1.2 Functional issues
1.2.1 Does not shut down
Case 1: Pressing the power button does not turn off the screen.
Perform touch screen button learning.
Key learning path: Car setting→Factory→000000→Touch Learning.
Case 2: The machine does not turn off the screen when the car key is removed.
Possible reasons: The red and yellow wires are connected to the original car B+ normal power. Check the wiring. The red wire is connected to the original vehicle ACC, and the yellow wire is connected to the original car B+.
1.2.2 Steering wheel control does not work
ISO cable key1/key2 cable
Universal loose wire power cable key1/key2 wire
In Android universal machines, the key1/key2 wires will have stickers on the wires.
If the steering wheel control cannot be used after installation, check whether the steering wheel control wire is correctly connected.
Step 1: Find the original car steering wheel control line and connect it.
Currently, the common original car steering wheel control signal lines are in the following forms:
Analog resistance type (resistance gradient type): Each button on the steering wheel is connected to the same signal line through a resistor network with different resistance values. When different buttons are pressed, the voltage/resistance value on the signal line will change.
Two-wire analog type: The steering wheel control signal of some models will be divided into two channels, such as one channel controls the volume-related buttons, and the other channel controls the song switching and mode switching buttons.
Digital bus type (CAN-BUS or LIN-BUS): The steering wheel buttons transmit data through the CAN bus or LIN bus, and the signal is in digital communication format, not a simple resistance signal.
For the first and second signal forms, connecting the key1/key2 line can control the steering wheel. For the third type, you need to purchase canbus and dedicated lines that are compatible with the original car.
Wiring steps
1. Power off: Make sure the engine is turned off and the power is off before wiring to avoid a short circuit.
2. Find the original steering wheel control line:
(1) Single-wire system: When removing the wiring harness behind the original car host, you will find a separate signal line marked with SWC (Steering Wheel Control) or similar logo, or you need to refer to the vehicle model wiring harness diagram to confirm its color and position.
Appearance: Generally, it is a thin single-core signal line (which may be of different colors, such as gray, green, or blue), with a ground wire (usually black or brown).
(2) Two-wire system: When opening the plug harness at the rear of the original car host, you may find two signal wires with different names or specific colors in the original connector, corresponding to the left and right or up and down steering wheel button groups.
Appearance: Usually two independent signal wires (for example, one green and one gray), plus a common ground wire.
If the above methods cannot find the corresponding square control line, refer to the following methods:
(1) Check the vehicle maintenance manual or the original circuit diagram: Usually, the pin definition table of the host plug will indicate "SWC", "Steering Control", or "Key".
(2) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance: In the power-off state, use the multimeter resistance range to measure the resistance value of the signal line to the ground, press different steering wheel buttons respectively, if the resistance value changes in a step-by-step manner, it can be confirmed that it is a resistance gradient signal line.
3. Wiring:
Single-wire system (resistance gradient):
Connect the original car steering wheel control signal line to the car machine KEY1 line;
Leave the car machine KEY2 unconnected or ground it according to the manual;
Two-wire system:
Connect the original car's first control line to KEY1;
Connect the second control line to KEY2;
(If the original car has two steering wheel control signal lines and the car machine has only one key line, connect any signal line of the original car to the car machine key line)
Step 2: Conduct square control learning

1.2.7 Steering wheel control failure
(1) Step 1: Find the original steering wheel control line and connect it
The common original steering wheel control signal lines are as follows:
- Analog resistance type (resistance gradient type): The buttons on the steering wheel are connected to the same signal line through a resistor network with different resistance values. When different buttons are pressed, the voltage/resistance value on the signal line will change.
- - Two-wire analog type: The steering wheel control signal of some models will be divided into two channels, such as one channel controls the volume-related buttons, and the other channel controls the song switching and mode switching buttons.
- Digital bus type (CAN-BUS or LIN-BUS): For some mid-to-high-end or newer models, the steering wheel buttons transmit data through the CAN bus or LIN bus. Such signals are in a digital communication format, not simple resistance signals.
The first and second types of square control require connecting key1/key2 wires, and the third type requires purchasing a dedicated canbus.
Wiring steps
1. Power-off operation: Make sure that the engine has been turned off and the power has been turned off before wiring to avoid short circuits.
2. Find the original steering wheel control line:
(1) Single-wire system: When removing the wiring harness behind the original car host, you will find a separate signal line marked with SWC (Steering Wheel Control) or a similar logo, or you need to refer to the vehicle model wiring harness diagram to confirm its color and position.
Appearance: Generally, it is a thin single-core signal line (which may be of different colors, such as gray, green, or blue), with a ground wire (usually black or brown).

If the above methods cannot find the corresponding square control line, refer to the following methods:
(1) Check the vehicle maintenance manual or the original circuit diagram: Usually, the pin definition table of the host plug will indicate "SWC", "Steering Control" or "Key".
- Connect the original car steering wheel control signal line to the car machine KEY1 line;
- Leave the car machine KEY2 unconnected or ground it according to the manual;
Two-wire system:
- Connect the original car's first control line to KEY1;
- Connect the second control line to KEY2;
(If the original car has two steering wheel control signal lines and the car machine has only one key line, connect any signal line of the original car to the car machine key line.)
(2) Step 2: Conduct square control learning:

1.2.8 Rear view does not work
Case 1:
Android model - Rear view wiring diagram
Wince model - Rear view wiring diagram
The following cases apply to models that need to use canbus (i.e., after purchasing a universal machine, you need to purchase a power cable with canbus separately)
Check whether the camera is wired correctly
How to connect the universal machine rear-view camera:
1. Connect the red line of the camera power cable (K in the picture) to J on the rear view video input line, and wrap the black line with insulating tape (L in the picture);
2. Connect the video output line of the camera to the reversing video input interface of the car machine.
3. Connect the reversing trigger line of the camera to the "back" reversing control line of the car machine (H/I in the picture). If the "back" reversing control line cannot be found on the power cable, the customer needs to ask the wire seller to provide the wire definition diagram, find the position of the "back" reversing control line, and then break the line and connect it to the I line of the camera.
(Broken wire: On a complete wire, peel off a small section of the insulation, but do not disconnect the wire core itself, and then wrap, weld or connect another wire to the exposed wire core.)
(The above wiring method is for German brands, such as Volkswagen/Skoda/Audi/Mercedes-Benz/BMW/Audi. The reason is that the engine output voltage of German models is unstable, which causes the camera image output to be unstable, so the power supply method needs to be changed.
4. If you follow the above power connection method and find that the machine does not show the reversing picture after the reverse gear appears when reversing, you need to connect J&K to the positive pole of the reversing light (this situation usually occurs in non-German cars).
Check if the camera is damaged
Connect the video output cable of the reversing camera to the VIDEO IN video input of the car computer, and then switch the car computer to AV IN mode to confirm whether there is a picture. If there is a picture, it confirms that the video output of the lens itself is normal.
Case 2:
Android model - Rear view wiring diagram
Wince model - Rear view wiring diagram
The following cases apply to models that do not require canbus (i.e., after purchasing a universal machine, you can directly use the ISO line or the power line without canbus)
Check whether the camera is wired correctly
How to connect the universal machine rear-view camera:
1. Connect the red line of the camera power line (K in the figure) to the J on the rear view video input line, and connect it to the positive pole of the reversing light. Wrap the black line with insulating tape (L in the figure);
2. Connect the video output line of the camera to the reversing video input interface of the car machine.
3. Connect the reversing trigger line of the camera to the "back" reversing control line of the car machine (H/I in the figure). If the "back" reversing control line cannot be found on the power line, the customer needs to ask the seller of the wire to provide the definition diagram of the wire, find the position of the "back" reversing control line, and then break the line and connect it to the I line of the camera.
(Broken wire: On a complete wire, peel off a small section of the insulation, but do not disconnect the wire core itself, and then wrap, weld or connect another wire to the exposed wire core.)
4. If the owner's original car is a German car, and there are problems such as no image display, image jitter, water ripples, and no color, it is necessary to connect a filter/reverse rectifier in series between the positive pole of the original car's reversing light and the camera power line to filter out the ripple voltage interference of the original car's own power supply. Rectifiers can be purchased by searching for the keywords: rectifier camera.
Check if the camera is damaged
Connect the video output cable of the reversing camera to the VIDEO IN video input of the car computer, then switch the car computer to AV IN mode to check if there is a picture. If there is a picture, it confirms that the video output of the lens itself is normal.
1.2.9 The GPS signal is poor/speed indicator on the screen display interface is unresponsive
Android models, if you encounter the above problem:
1. First, you need to confirm whether the GPS antenna has been placed in an open position in the car (as shown above, on the passenger side)
2. Open the APP, GPS TEST PLUS (if the machine is not pre-installed with the app, you can download it from the Google Store), and test the signal strength:
A signal grid on the lower left indicates a signal
No signal grid indicates no signal
If it shows no signal, the GPS antenna may be damaged. Contact customer service to resend the accessories.
1.2.10 Unable to receive radio stations
(1) FM/RDS radio cannot be received
1.Wiring problem:
First, the original car's radio antenna must be connected to the machine's radio interface. The interface must be inserted all the way in, otherwise it will not be able to receive radio.
Second, the ANT line of the universal loose-wire power cord needs to be connected to the original car's ANT/ACC line for power supply.

"ANT CONT" is usually the output control line (sometimes called "ANTENNA REMOTE" or "POWER ANT") used by the vehicle host to control the electric antenna lift or antenna signal amplifier power supply. It provides a +12V output signal when the host turns on the radio or certain audio modes.
Marking: In the original wiring harness or installation instructions, this line may be marked with terms such as "ANT (antenna)" or "ANT CTRL (antenna control)".
If the above still cannot solve the FM radio not working problem, you can buy a radio booster, search for the keyword: radio booster

(2) DAB cannot receive radio
1.Confirm whether the installation position is consistent with the installation recommendations of the product. Remember to connect the copper foil to the vehicle body ground.
2. Uninstall the original pre-installed DAB+ software, contact customer service, and install the optimized version of DAB-APK.
3. If the product is installed in the correct position but still cannot search for radio stations, it may be that the DAB signal in your area is weak or the DAB signal does not cover the area. You can check whether the DAB signal is covered in your area and the signal strength by yourself in the following ways:
1. Check the DAB signal coverage map
You can directly confirm the DAB coverage in your area by checking the official signal coverage map:
https://www.worlddab.org/countries
In addition, there are the following operations:
- United Kingdom:
- Visit Digital Radio UK.
- Enter the postcode or place name to view the DAB signal coverage in your area.
- Germany:
- Visit Digitalradio Deutschland.
- You can view the signal coverage details of your city or region through the interactive map.
- Other countries or regions:
- Search for the keywords "DAB signal coverage + country name" to find the coverage map provided by the national broadcasting authority or DAB operator. For example, the Netherlands uses Radio.NL to provide a similar service.
2. Use mobile applications
Mobile applications can provide convenient signal coverage, query, and test functions. The following are recommended:
- General streaming applications:
- TuneIn Radio or myTuner Radio: These applications can display the available radio stations in the area, indirectly reflecting the DAB signal coverage.
- Local dedicated apps:
- Search whether the DAB broadcasting management agency in the area provides an official application. For example, NRK in Norway provides a coverage query tool specifically for DAB broadcasting.
