(1) Case 1: Incorrect wiring of a general loose power line
If the blue wire (automatic antenna power/ANT wire) is connected as the machine power line, it will automatically shut down. The ANT wire needs to be connected to the original vehicle ANT wire.
(2) Scenario Two: Poor Contact of ISO Power Plug
First, ask the buyer to re-plug the ISO power plug to rule out poor contact. Make sure it is plugged in firmly (as shown in the picture, one is a loose plug with the clip exposed; the other is a properly plugged plug with the clip engaged).
(3) Situation 3: Unstable Voltage
Please find a 12V -1A DC power supply to retest and see if it automatically shuts down. If it does not automatically shut down after testing, please replace the power supply. If it automatically shuts down, then there is a problem with the machine; if there is a problem with the machine, please provide a video of the problem for after-sales service.
(4) System Bug (8163 or 8581 solution machine)

1. Rename the file package to update_mt8163 or update_uis8581
2. Copy it to the root directory of the USB drive
3. Insert the USB drive into the machine's 6-pin USB port
4. Use four fingers to slide left and right on the screen. Power on the device, and it will automatically enter flashing mode. When the flashing code appears, the flashing is successful. Wait for the device to restart and enter the system to complete the flashing process (note that you should not disconnect the power during the upgrade process). The whole process takes about 7 minutes.
(5) USB flash drive causes a short circuit
If an iron USB flash drive is used, it will cause a short circuit, causing the machine to turn on and off automatically. It needs to be replaced with an aluminum alloy USB flash drive (a USB flash drive that cannot be attracted by a magnet).
